The secondary school of general education for adults was created in 1999 year.

A year later one class on foundation of the primary school was opened. Learning in this school lasts: 4 years for students who are afer the primary school, and 3 years for those after a school lasting for 2 years. The classes are conducted at 04:00 pm on Friday to 08:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am. to 06:30 pm.
